Yamaha Becomes Official BASS Sponsor

Yamaha Marine Corp. has
signed a multiyear agreement to become an official engine sponsor of the
BASS organization
and its corresponding tournaments. Yamaha will sponsor the BASS Federation Nation Club World
Divisionals and Championship; and will be a premier sponsor of Bassmaster Elite Series, Bassmaster
Opens and the Women’s Bassmaster Tour presented by Academy Sports & Outdoors.
The agreement also prompted the return of Yamaha as the official outboard sponsor of the
Bassmaster Classic, held earlier this year at Lake Hartwell in Greenville, S.C.

Yamaha will also support such BASS youth programs as the Junior Bassmaster World Championship
and Bassmaster CastingKids Championship.
