Deck, Sport And Ski Boat Features Come Together In Four Winns’ New SL242
Four Winns Boats has expanded its Cross-Stream series with the addition of the SL242, a vessel
especially suited to those who love watersports that combines a range of amenities found on deck,
sport and ski boats.
Building on its predecessor, the SL262, the new SL242 features the Four Winns Stable-Vee
Split Chine hull — the design of which provides a smooth ride, finer entry, lateral stability,
ability to plane quickly with minimal bow rise, and improved cornering. Performance features also
include a Faria tachometer, fuel, oil pressure, speedometer, temperature, trim and voltmeter
gauges; and depth sounder with shallow-water alarm and water and air temperature gauge. Multiple
engines from Volvo Penta and MerCruiser are available.
Amenities include a skid-resistant boarding platform, spacious sunpad, low-lying swim
platform, aft shower, private portable head, and ample storage throughout the craft.
Four Winns has introduced the Sure-Load trailer to accompany the new SL242. With a finish
custom-matched to the SL242, the new trailer is equipped with swing-away tongue design for easy
storage, LED lights and built-in ratchet straps.
