By Ryan McNally

May 7, 2007

Wakeboard and wakeskate fans looking for more oomph should be thrilled to hear that for 2007,Sea-Doo is offering up a new Wake model with a supercharged, 215-hp 4-TEC 4-stroke engine. The engine delivers increased horsepower and torque across the power band while avoiding turbo lag. As for the PWC itself, you get the same great wakeboarding features as on the previous version: a retractable tow pylon with spotter handgrips, removable board racks, and a removable storage tray. This year's version also features a new "Flow Thru" upper deck design, which includes a new luxury look and a roomy 33-gallon, removable watertight storage bin. The $11,999 price tag is high-end, but when you add up all the things this Sea-Doo Wake can do, you've got a watercraft with extraordinary versatility.
