Marine repair and bonding projects can be time-consuming and messy, but they have to be done. For a quick repair that requires only a squeeze from a standard caulking gun, use Rhino Hide's professional-grade adhesives ($28.95, www.rhinohide.com), which are specifically designed for use on vertical surfaces such as boat hulls. Rhino Hide adhesives 9000, 9200 and 9310 each have different properties suited for marine use, and for bonding to fiberglass and other substrates. The two-component, polyurethane adhesives are dispensed through a universal cartridge system where they automatically mix to create a strong, bubble-free, non-sag paste.
