FC-W certified and meets the National Marine Manufacturers Association's (NMMA) newly created
performance standard, which was specifically created for oil used in 4-stroke engines.
Because 4-stroke outboards are subject to extended full-throttle operation and high humidity
and salt water, lubricity is critical. The motor oil is designed not only to protect against engine
rust in both salt and fresh water, but also to protect against the effects of fuel dilution,
