It's darn near disheartening to strap a bulky lifevest on to a fidgety child itching for a good cannonball off the swim platform, but safety comes first. Alexis kept the safety standards but tossed out the bulkiness of regular PFDs for kids with the Aqua Force. The Aqua Force swimwear is a U.S. Coast Guard-approved flotation device that is comfortable and convenient for children. The swimwear uses a patented system of integrated floats designed in the suit that maintain balance in the water. Sizes range from small suits for 30- to 40-pound children to X-large for 70- to 90-pounders. Prices start at $75.
